Infant Learning Program
Our Infant Learning Program provides care to children who are 6 weeks -
16 months and consists of two classrooms that offer a nuturing and caring environment and provides stimulation through developmentally appropriate activities, all while under the supervision of our kind and caring staff.
Infant 1 Classroom
- Infants 6 weeks - 9 months
- Allows infants to interact with other infants of similar age
- Creative Curriculum focuses on sensory awareness, motor development, social and emotional development
- Offers a variety of activities to stimulate senses, learning and curiosity
- Nursing mothers have option to come in the classroom and feed infant during the day if able to
- Encourages an environment of caring, love and hugs
- Follows Back To Sleep Program
- Daily Reports completed to inform parents of child's day
Infant 2 Classroom
- Infants 10 months - 16 months
- Allows mobile infants to interact with other mobile infants offering a more creative play environment
- Creative Curriculum focuses on learning environment stimulation, motor skill development, sensory development through song and dance, creativity through art and the healthy growth and development of the child
- Teachers implement fun activities to do with children throughout the day
- Teachers align activities and routines to assist child with transition into the Toddler Learning Program
- Children learn meal time skills as they transition from a high chair to table top eating and learn how to eat with their friends
- Wednesday's are children's choice Storytime. Each child can bring a book from home for storytime.
- The curriculum and lesson plans are personalized to meet the specifics needs of each child
- Daily Reports completed to inform parents of child's day
